Real feedback from travelers staying at our capsule hotels
Great. There's a place in the airport where you can wait out the night between flights. Clean linens. A place where you can wash up and take a shower. And these aren't plastic capsules with thin walls — they're proper stalls, in a separate room walled off from the airport's main hall.
There was a transfer at Tolmachevo airport. I decided to spend 5 hours waiting at the guard hotel inside the airport. Everything would be fine, but for the price of 2500 for three hours it is better to overpay 1000 rubles and take a business capsule. Firstly, the capsules are noisy (you can hear the snoring of the neighbors in the capsule, but at the reception they provide earplugs, alas, they did not help). Secondly, the worst thing was the blood stain on the bed linen (sorry, I didn’t take a photo), thanks to the admin - she moved me. Therefore, I advise you to take the business option for 3500. There are sockets and drawers. Things won't go missing. But to get to the toilet you need to go to the common bathroom.
I had a pleasant rest from one in the morning until seven on 12/17/2024! Thank you to the administrator for the welcome and care! 😀👍 Though the airport administrator couldn't explain where it's located!
A good, cozy sleeping spot, inexpensive, with somewhere to wash up and rest from your flights.
Cleanliness is monitored. There are toilets, showers, and a dining area. Just right for an overnight stay. The only thing missing is a sign on the street. At night they spent a long time looking for the entrance. The entrance is from the courtyard, in the same place as the Aeroexpress terminal. Next door there is a canteen and what appears to be a 24-hour store.
Great place, leaves only a positive impression, polite and helpful staff, convenient location👍👍
Relatively inexpensive and simply a lifesaver for travelers with a long gap between flights. Clean, quiet. Conveniently located.
Great idea and implementation...
The toilet is in the building, you have to go out, but otherwise not bad.
On the plus side; There is a bed Cons:…
A very cozy, clean place and friendly staff, but it's very stuffy in the capsules, sleeping for a long time with the curtain down is very hard; overall, though, it's a good place with affordable prices.
Great place!
Cool hotel. Very friendly girls. The capsules are clean, quiet, but unfortunately very, very hot. Moreover, you need to close the curtain-door.
Suitable for relaxing between flights, but a bit stuffy.
The price is very high, the downside is that you have to go to the toilet at the airport
I ended up here by chance)) Upper-level capsule, a wide bed. The woman administrator at the reception was very polite and welcoming) They recommended speaking in a whisper and moving silently so as not to wake the others)) I think for more comfortable accommodation for guests it would be nice to put in a water cooler and hand out earplugs and slippers. It's fine — you can stretch out horizontally to wait out the time before your flight))
Great place to get some sleep. The big minus is that it is very stuffy in the capsule.
If you're tired and need to rest cheaply — it's just the thing! There are a couple of drawbacks: 1. No air conditioner in the capsule, only an exhaust fan. 2. The USB charging is regular, there's no fast charging.
In principle, not bad, but very stuffy and hot, ventilation needs to be made more powerful, if there is any at all
Everything was good. The place is pleasant: there's a shower and internet, the staff are polite, the capsules are spacious. But the ventilation in the capsule worked poorly. And the most important downside: the hotel is located in the Aeroexpress terminal building, which closes at night, and this wasn't written anywhere and no one warned us about it, unfortunately. We had the earliest flight at 5 a.m. and getting out of the building was problematic.
