Real feedback from travelers staying at our capsule hotels
Very convenient for those who spend the night at the airport — there's somewhere to come and rest. Economical, you don't need to go anywhere, you just need to walk over toward the Aeroexpress. The minimarket nearby is very handy for buying water or chocolate. There's a shower, a toilet nearby. Friendly staff. It's not our first time stopping here.
You can sleep between flights, overall not bad. But it’s impossible to sleep without earplugs, it’s too noisy, and there’s no sound insulation - this is, of course, a serious minus, considering that this is an airport.
Why 3 stars? Most likely it would have been possible to put it at 2, but I still slept and that was enough for me. Since I started with the positives, I will continue with them, even though the positives are also dubious. In the capsules, only bed linen and blankets are removed after clients; I did not notice any surface treatment. Ventilation is good and no odors remain. The mattress and pillow are comfortable, there is a socket, hangers, there is enough space, you can put your valuables inside. Yes, yes, there are no compartments for your luggage outside the capsule, only open shelves, which is not very safe, considering that while I was waiting for my check-in, the administrator ran away somewhere and the only employee(s) who remained were behind a screen and most likely slept there. That's where the good ends from my experience. I had to check in at 3 am for 3 o'clock, the administrator came running a little later than 3 o'clock, I don't know whether my call to her influenced this or not. The previous guest took a very long time to get up and in the end I got into the capsule 10-15 minutes late. I was wondering if they would wake me up 10 minutes later, or maybe offer me coffee, but no, they woke me up exactly at 6 am and simply asked me to get up and vacate the capsule, most likely this can also be considered a plus, since you definitely won’t miss the flight! The sleep itself, the first hour was not very familiar, since I constantly listened to the rumble from the roller shutters, which other guests apparently somehow dropped or let go, this rumble is very strong and it is very easy to wake up from it, and either I was too tired after an hour of lying, or there were no rumbles, but I slept for about one and a half to two hours. In addition, during the first hour I heard guests whose time was running out and they began to speak loudly, moreover, with the administrator, who, of course, did not make any comments, but only participated in the dialogue. Well, that’s okay, with such white noise it’s quite possible to fall asleep, but then other angry guests came into play, almost screaming asking you to shut up, and this already interfered with sleep. But in the end, having come to terms with these sounds, hugging the pillow, fortunately it was large, I felt like I was in my bed, I was able to relax and, surprisingly, there was complete silence for 10-15 minutes, I fell asleep like a baby. As a result, I got enough sleep, didn’t miss my flight, and overall didn’t regret paying 950 rubles. for an hour of sleep, but in the boarding area, near my gate, I saw sleep capsules of a different format, but they are cheaper, closer to the exits, moreover, behind the security check area and stand separately from each other, which most likely plays into the hands of silence, look at the reviews on them, if you choose, perhaps they are better.
Very expensive
This is probably the cheapest and most acceptable option for an overnight stay at Domodedovo Airport. It's better at night specifically )) That's the time when you can't hear any outside noise at all. Especially since the capsules are in a secluded spot — on the ground floor, on the way to the Aeroexpress trains. The hum and noise start at 6 a.m. I've spent the night three times, and I didn't hear the neighbors either — maybe I got lucky)) Among the pleasant things: clean linens, outlets, the wooden cladding of the capsule, cozy. There's an option with a double mattress. But there's no mirror and no ventilation control. There's a shared room with a shower and a sink for washing up. The toilet, though, is a regular airport one, but it's practically behind the next door and there are almost never any people there. There's no water cooler in sight, but if you ask the administrator they'll give you water to drink. For all three nights I booked and paid in advance — 6 hours each. Twice I needn't have done it — almost everything was free. But once it was packed. So it's better to play it safe. So, if you don't suffer from claustrophobia and want to save money — it's an excellent option!))
Everything is clear. You can rest before the flight. Salam to Mahmoud.
Honestly, this is genius — between planes you can sleep, take a shower, leave your things, cozy, in a double capsule) in a single one it's not so great) the administrator is a pleasant, cheerful young man.
Fine. You can sleep. But you definitely need to have earplugs.
If you need to pass the time between flights at night — an excellent option. You can stretch out your legs and sleep. There's a shower. If you want, you can wash up.
Clean, the service is top-notch 💪
A wonderful place, very clean, calm, the airport sounds can't be heard, the linens are clean. We took it for a few hours to lie down between planes. The people serving you are very pleasant. We highly recommend it.
The best decision was to stay at this hotel. Many airlines offer online check-in 24 hours in advance. Having passed it, you can comfortably spend the night in the departure area of international flights. There were no problems with ventilation; that was what I was most worried about...
A good and relatively inexpensive option for passing the time between flights. Especially at night. But there's one big downside. It's stuffy in the capsules. The ventilation can't cope.
I needed to sleep 7 hours during a layover at the airport. I found the hotel in a search engine, and then in the airport itself. A pleasant woman at the reception met me and explained everything. They offered a towel and slippers to go to the shower, and then to lie down in clean bedding in the capsule. The capsule has chargers and hangers, and underneath there's a compartment for large items. The little 'room' opens and closes on its own. It was my first time in a hotel like this — very convenient. I got a good sleep and went to my flight rested. The price is reasonable. Thank you!
Very convenient. Acceptable prices. Clean, quiet, cozy.
I didn't find any downsides, thankfully! Polite and responsible staff, clean, low prices. I took ten hours, rested, got a good sleep! They treated me to coffee, wished me a good trip, thank you 🙏💕 I recommend it to everyone!
Excellent staff and conditions. A separate thank-you to the manager Marat 🤌👍
Nice airport!
A very good, quiet little spot. I rested wonderfully before my flight. A separate thank-you to Marat. A very sweet, friendly young man. He explained everything politely, helped, got me settled. Many thanks.
An excellent place to rest, even with family on connecting flights; for us 6 hours came to 3,000 rubles. The hotel has a shower with a sink, everything is very clean, they clean often. Our whole family took a shower and got a good sleep. The toilet nearby is the Russian Railways one, it's also very clean there. The only downside is the noise from the escalator leading to the Aeroexpress. If needed, they can wake you at the right time. The linens are changed right away — while we were there they changed two neighboring spots. I recommend a visit, a hundred percent better than sleeping on chairs.
