Real feedback from travelers staying at our capsule hotels
We arrived at 6 a.m., check-in was at 12, we decided to come to you and slept until 12 like the dead. Clean, fresh, pleasant. A good price for quality service!
An excellent place to sleep for a couple of hours during a flight delay, which is exactly what worked out for me. Sochi in the summer season means nightmarish flights, just like in winter because of bad weather. In short, it works out that if you take more time it's cheaper. For two hours I paid 1,000 rubles and didn't regret it, because afterward I had to ride to Krasnodar straight away on a night train with a wildly snoring lady, which really infuriated me. Even men don't snore like that, although she herself had had some complaints about my noise earlier — I was making the bed for a long time and checked in late, but the flight was a night one) anyway, the lady showed her true colors. In the capsule hotel it's clean, nice, but better with headphones or earplugs, the walls are thin after all (which is logical for capsules), though I've seen thicker walls too, in Sochi by the way. Happy travels, everyone.
- Downsides: A shared shower (there can be a queue to wash up, when you want to sleep and your sleep time is already paid for) High audibility (but overall no one was noisy, everyone tries to 'check in' quietly) At night there's a buzzing, specifically a vibration (apparently from the exhaust fan), but in the end I still fell asleep quickly anyway In the room for two there was one blanket( but in the end it wasn't cold + Pluses Cheaper than all the other sleep/hotel options Convenient that it's right at the airport and not stuck in traffic The exhaust fan pulls well, in the room for two it wasn't stuffy
A very convenient location and a reasonable price. Just the thing before a flight. The hourly rental really pleased me. Not too noisy. Friendly staff.
Thank you to Hassan for your help, it is clear that he is a kind, responsive person, and the hotel staff showed their best!
A really wonderful place, you can get a good sleep calmly and quietly, the cleanliness is top-notch, the service is professional, a separate thank-you to the administrator Diana.
Very convenient. Right in Terminal C you can sleep comfortably for three hours or more. Great for connecting flights. The capsule has a charger; you can leave things near the capsule. The employee Elvani was very polite and sympathetic. I immediately checked the flight information and advised the optimal number of hours to sleep. I recommend!
Very nice, clean bed, friendly staff)
Nice staff, decent price. Purely
Good service and staff, in particular Elvani, who was serving at that moment, kind and understanding, thanks to him. Comfortable, happy with everything. I recommend
The location and sleeping area are comfortable. Due to the fact that the capsules are located in a common room, it is quite noisy inside the capsule - sleep only with earplugs.
Everything is fine, good place
Great place! I arrived in Moscow before my girlfriend and needed to spend 2 hours somewhere. This hotel saved the situation and I was happy to wait for my friend’s arrival in a clean, comfortable and air-conditioned capsule hotel!
A good hotel to relax between flights, I liked everything!
Quite by chance we discovered a conveniently located capsule hotel. And we didn't regret it. We took a double capsule with our child. After 3 hours with the roll-down door closed it got a bit stuffy, but that's much better than if there had been an A/C there. Then you could definitely get sick. Convenient, quiet, we got a good sleep in 3 hours, we could have stayed longer if not for the time. A very friendly and competent administrator, which only improved my impression of this hotel.
Wonderful staff! We are attentive to guests who check in and to vacationers. They always ask for feedback and are ready to help any guest. But you need to make a reservation to avoid disappointment. Clean, comfortable mattresses and plenty of space and air.
Overall I want to say that it matches reasonable prices, considering it's Moscow and an airport. Compared to other similar places at this airport, it's the best option. The service was pleasing too — the pleasant and attentive attitude toward the client leaves something to be desired. I recommend it! In terms of comfort there are pluses too.
I arrived in Moscow at two in the morning; all the hotels and hostels near the airport were either full or not checking guests in at that hour. Luckily, at the airport's information desk they advised me to turn to the capsule hotel! The staff are warm, friendly, responsive people. The hotel is clean and cozy, with thoughtful little touches. Everything is very convenient! Most importantly — there's a fantastic shower, you can freshen up and calmly head into the city. I took a double capsule and slept there like a queen. I liked everything very much; I thank the capsule hotel's team for their hospitality, humanity and quality of work.
Convenient, there's a shower and you can leave your things in a locker for the whole day. But there's one problem, and it's quite significant — the Aeroexpress announcement is very loud. Impossible to fall asleep.
We were at Sheremetyevo at night, terminal C, stopped for 6 hours, rested, flew on, I recommend
